Steps to fix ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED on Google Chrome?
1. First of all you have to change your setting to run it as Administrator.
For that In Start Menu, type CMD after that CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER that will run it as Administrator.
2. Follow the following Commands :-
ipconfig /all
press ENTER
ipconfig /flushdns
press ENTER
ipconfig /renew
press ENTER
netsh int ip set dns
press ENTER
netsh winsock reset
press ENTER
ipconfig /release
press ENTER
After that you just have to Restart your Google Chrome to get the services of Google Chrome Browser Back.
If you still not get the rid from this error then last option left is that
Go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs/Programs & Features>Uninstall Google Chrome using > Download and Reinstall Google Chrome.
